Gracious Victories facilitates virtual wellness groups throughout the month. We also host wellness workshops for groups (family/friends), organizations (churches, community groups, ect), and businesses.

You are invited to join us for Mindfully me! Mindfulness is the perfect addition to your week. We practice variety of relaxation, mindful exercises and movement to help you make simple shifts to your mindset and lifestyle that result in:

  • Stress reduction

  • Improved attention and focus

  • Enhanced awareness of self, others, and environment

  • Appreciation for mundane tasks

  • Ability to enjoy the precious moments in life

  • Improved stress- related sleep, digestive, cardiac disturbances
